Lesly Walter Henderson (no 2669) enlisted on 13 July 1915, served as a private and then Lance Corporal with the 7th and 22nd Battalions, and was repatriated to Australia on 24 January 1918. Born at Mount Torrens, South Australia in 1887, he was a fireman with the Victorian Railways before he enlisted.
